SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING: Domestic shipments ship via FedEx or USPS Priority; APO/FPO and military boxes ship via USPS Priority. Domestic orders shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority have a delivery time of 5-10 business days. There is NO OPTION for Hoofly to relay specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has shipped.

If your order exceeds $75 before shipping charges are applied and your shipping address is in the 50 United States (does not include U.S. territories), we will ship your package for free. This will be the default shipping method on such orders. If you choose to pay for shipping on an order over $50 shipped in the 50 United States by selecting the $10 shipping option during the checkout process, it will not be delivered any faster and we cannot refund your money.

Domestic orders ship from zip code 02186. Refunds of shipping cannot be made once a package has shipped via the selected shipment method.

International orders ship via UPS. Please be advised that if you are ordering product to be delivered outside of the USA, you will incur a duty from your respective country. Duty fees vary by country and Hoofly will include an estimate of duty fees in your shipping costs so that, in most cases, you will owe nothing when the package does arrive.  Our rates are provided directly by UPS.

If actual international shipping costs and duty fees exceed our stated international charges, we will contact the buyer. The buyer may pay the additional shipping/duty via Paypal or cancel the order for a refund. If no response is received from the buyer within 5 days, we will cancel and refund the order.

International orders that are returned to us because the customer did not retrieve the package will be refunded for the amount remaining after the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges are deducted.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to the Quality and craftsmanship of our products.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  This policy applies to items in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.  To initiate a refund, please send an email to sales@hooflybrand.com with your proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for returned shipping cost. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.  Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the item and do not include any additional charges incurred during the original transaction.  Hoofly Brand reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or if the returned item is initiated after the specified 30-day period.  We strive for customer satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience with Hoofly Brand enjoyable and worry free.
